NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated Dec. 19, 2014 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-051143 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and DENNISONDE PALMER A/K/A DENNISONDE A. PALMER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 20, Block 92, Unit 10, LEHIGH ACRES, Section 11, Township 44 South, Range 26, East, LEHIGH ACRES, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 60, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
