WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF NOVEMBER 1, 2005 SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC 2005-HE1 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and GREGORY M. LANZETTA, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GREGORY M. LANZETTA, JR., are defendants. Paula S. O'neil, Clerk of Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

FEET TO THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF PINE STREET AS NOW ESTABLISHED; THENCE S 0°04'00” W, 53.60 FEET ALONG SAID WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
