NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 9, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 41-2013-CA-004065 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court, R. B. Shore, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 15th day of January, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2906, BUILDING 29, THE TOWNHOMES AT LIGHTHOUSE COVE II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2096, PAGE 1874, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; AS AMENDED.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
