Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 30th day of October, 2014, in Civil Action No. 12-CA-054780 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and CHARLENE L. SERINO, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 a.m. on the 22 day of January, 2015, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 1269, HERONS GLEN UNIT 13, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 78, Pages 87 through 90, inclusive of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
