NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 09, 2013 and an order rescheduling sale dated, December, 10, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-002669-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB, is Plaintiff and KENNETH ROY GUYATT, JR., et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 26th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 20, OF MARYMONT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 1933 Gilbert St., Clearwater, FL 33765-2423
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
