NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 24 day of December, 2014, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 14-CA-051212, I, LINDA DOGGETT, Circuit Court Clerk, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 A.M. on January 23, 2015, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
