NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 05, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-003512-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and TERESA E. TAYLOR, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 05 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1213, HOLIDAY LAKE ESTATES, UNIT FIFTEEN, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 93, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
