NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 10, 2014 in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-006999WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR QUEEN`S PARK OVAL ASSET HOLDING TRUST is Plaintiff and ELIAS R. DIAZ A/K/A ELIAZ R. DIAZ, CELESTE M. DIAZ, CELESTE DIAZ, ELIAS DIAZ, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 26th day of January, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 108, seven Springs Homes Unit One, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 44 and 45, of the Public records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
