NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 17, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-000375-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-24, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-24 is Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOW TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, HOME EQUITY OF AMERICA, INC., WALTER J. JACK, ENID E. JACK, LEXINGTON OAKS OF PASCO COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, TENANT #4, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 22nd day of January, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 8, LEXINGTON OAKS, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 57 THROUGH 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
