NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-010588-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Trust Series INABS 2005-A, Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series INABS 2005-A under the Pooling and Servicing agreement dated Mar 1, 2005, is the Plaintiff and Bank of America, N.A., Marla F. Smith, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 21st day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
