NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 20, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-CA-056420 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Onewest Bank, FSB is the Plaintiff and Patricia Conklin; Unknown Spouse of Patricia Conklin; If Living, Including any Unknown Spouse of Said Defendant(s), If remarried, and if deceased, the respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under a or against the named defendants; Cracker Cove Property Owners Association, Inc.; Bonita Bay Community Association, Inc.; Whether Dissolved or Presently Existing, Together With Any Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, or Trustees of Said Defendant(s) and All Other Persons Claiming By, Through, Under or Against Defendant(s); Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 21st day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
