Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Default Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Manatee County, R.B. “Chips” Shore, Manatee County Clerk of the Court, will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 112, FOSTERS CREEK, UNIT II, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, pages 132 through 135, of the public records of Manatee County, Florida.

at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash via www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 4th day of February 2015.
