Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 20, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 202, BUILDING AA, GULF HARBORS CONDOMINIUM, SECTION TWO, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, AT PAGE 161 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN EQUAL INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN PARAGRAPHS 5 AND 6 OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF GULF HARBORS CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 463, PAGES 531 THROUGH 559 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL SEBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5132 AMULET DR APT 202, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34652; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on January 26, 2015 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
