NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16, 2014, and entered in 12-005271-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR8 is the Plaintiff and DARRYL C. HALL, SR. A/K/A DARRYL C. HALL; JACQUELYN L. HALL N/K/A JACQUELYN L. JORDAN; COUNTRYSIDE KEY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC; UNKNOWN TENANT are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 20, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 5, Countryside Key, Unit Three, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 115, Page 81 and 82, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
