NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2014, and entered in 12005797 CI-013 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and DAMIEN R. ALBARELLI; WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A DAVID ABARELLI; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A CAROLINE ABARELLI are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 20, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK 17, SECOND ADDITION TO REDINGTON BEACH HOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 40, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THAT PART DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE MOST WESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 27 AS A POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN NORTH 36 DEG. 59'00” EAST, 20.00 FEET ALONG THE NORTHWESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 27; THENCE SOUTH 53 DEG. 01'00” EAST 41.66 FEET TO THE SOUTHEASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 27; THENCE SOUTH 84 DEG. 15'16” WEST ALONG THE SOUTHEASTERLY LINE 29.48 FEET; THENCE NORTH 53 DEG. 01'00” WEST 20.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
