NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-010560 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2006-HE-3 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE-3, is Plaintiff and Jack Ryan, Brenda Lee Clark, CitiBank, N.A., A National Banking Association, and American General Financial Services of America, Inc., are Defendant, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 27th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Forelcosure, to wit:
LOT 19, UNIT 7B ISLAND ESTATES OF CLEARWATER, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE 70, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
