NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 3rd, 2010 and entered in Case No. 10-004085-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and ROBERT J. SCHMID, et.al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 27th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK A, STEVENSON'S HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THERE OF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
