NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 30, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-019264 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC IMSC MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-AR2M, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR2 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JULY 1, 2007, is Plaintiff and Roland Cugno A/K/A Roland Thomas Cugno, Nicole Cugno, Philippe Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc., Chhaya Patel and Dhimant Patel, are Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 27th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, PHILIPPE POINT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGE 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 101 Wateredge Ct, Safety Harbor, Florida 34695
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
