NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3rd, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2011-011578-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST CO., N.A. f/k/a THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-KS6, is Plaintiff and JULIA P. GREEN, et al, are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 27th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK E, HIGHLAND PARK, FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDDING TO THE PLAYT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 10 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH ALL THE TENEMENTS, HEREDITAMENTS AND APPURTENANCES THERETO BELONGING OR IN ANY WISE APPERTAINING

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
