NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-003265-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for the registered holders of Soundview Home Loan Trust 2007 1 Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2007 1, is Plaintiff and Frank Macon, et al., are the Defendant, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 27th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7, Block 7, Hall's Central Avenue Subdivision No.3, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 39, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Property Address: 4150 1st Avenue South, St. Petersburg, FL 33711
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
