NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-018143 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P., f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Christine Tran, Individually and as Trustee of The Christine Tran Trust Agreement, dated June 4, 2004 are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 20, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 83, PASADENA ON THE GULF, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 60 THROUGH 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
