HUNTER AKA LIZZIE MAE HUNTER, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 21st day of January, 2015, the following described property:

TAX ID # 178708-0000 BY FEE SIMPLE DEED FROM CEFERINO L. FERNANDEZ AND VIOLET FERNANDEZ AS SET FORTH IN DEED BOOK 1971, PAGE 345 AND RECORDED ON 12/4/1968, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY RECORDS.
THE SOURCE DEED AS STATED ABOVE IS THE LAST RECORDS OF VESTING FILED FOR THIS PROPERTY. THERE HAVE BEEN NO VESTING CHANGES SINCE THE DATE OF THE ABOVE REFERENCED SOURCE.
