NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled case, number 2014-CA-2719 in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 41, DOVE HOLLOW UNIT 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 80, Pages 14 and 15, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, including replacements and additions thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 a.m. on March 23, 2015.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
