NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 15, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-011047-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006 MH1, is Plaintiff and Clifford F. Sullivan, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 28th day of January 28, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 33, Block K, Lake Tarpon Mobile Home Village, Unit Three, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 64, Page 33, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with 1979 Palm Harbor Homes, Inc. Mobile Home: Vehicle ID#15589A with Title: 15804007 and #15589B with Title: 15804008
Property Address: 177 Lake Tarpon Drive, Palm Harbor, Florida 34684
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
