NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 9, 2014 in Civil Case No. 14-001406-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff and KHAM PHAY XAY AVONG, PHONE XAY AVONG, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 23rd day of January, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 48, AVALON NO. 2, according to the plat book thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 37, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
