Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2014, and an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated November 6, 2014, entered in Case No. 13-001545-CI-8 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which SOUTHERN COMMERCE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and WESTLUND ENGINEERING, INC., a Florida corporation f/k/a W&W Engineering Company, Inc., a foreign corporation; ROBERT O. WRIGHT; RORY L. WESTLUND; PAUL O. WRIGHT and ARCHER-DANIELS-MIDLAND CORPORATION, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court shall sell the subject property at an on-line public sale on January 29, 2015, to the highest bidder for cash, bidding begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following-described property set forth in said Uniform Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE SOUTH 120 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT FIVE (5), IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS GROVES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, ON PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE EAST 40 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS
