Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 16, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THE WEST 45 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK 17, HALL'S CENTRAL AVENUE SUBDIVISION 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2608 2ND AVE N, ST PETERSBURG, FL 33713; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on January 29, 2015 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
