Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated December 18, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 13-006331-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and KATHLEEN S. MILES, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
East 1/2 of Lot 6, and all of Lot 7, Block “E”, EL DORADO HILLS according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 10, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 17th day of February, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
