NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 10, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-008795-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and AMELIA MAKALINTAL, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 09 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 135 BLOCK 16 STONEYBROOK WEST UNIT 7 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64 PAGE 68 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
