NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 07, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-006729-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and STUART I. DROPKIN A/K/A STUART DROPKIN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 4, BLOCK D, DOMMERICH HILLS SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Z, PAGE 48, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN SOUTH 106.86 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 4, BLOCK D, DOMMERICH HILLS SECOND ADDITION, THENCE RUN SOUTHWESTERLY 95 FEET, THENCE NORTH 8 DEGREES 00'00” WEST 151.92 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 4, THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 00'00” EAST 105.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
