NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2014, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-005905-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Indenture Trustee, for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust 2005-3 is the Plaintiff and Phillip Rosado; Unknown Spouse of Phillip Rosado; Eileen Rosado; Unknown Spouse of Eileen Rosado; Bank of America, N.A.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 26th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 3, ACROPOLIS OF ORLANDO CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7986, PAGE 2479, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
