NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 4th day of November, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2014-ca-001242-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF REGISTERED HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR2 is the Plaintiff and DORIS A. SMITH; EAST ORLANDO SANCTUARY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR ACT LENDING CORPORATION D/B/A ACT MORTGAGE CAPITAL; STATE OF FLORIDA; WILLIAM JOHN SMITH and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 3rd day of February, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 92, SANCTUARY PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 52 AND 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
