NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, Case No. 2014-CA-007881-O, in which GOSHEN MORTGAGE LLC, AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE FOR GDBT 1 TRUST 2011-1, is Plaintiff, and Jose L. Brito Escalona; Current Resident; Stonebridge Reserve Condominium Association, Inc.; Metrowest Master Association, Inc.; The Promenades Property Owners' Association, Inc.; Professional Pool Services Of Central Florida and Access Control Technologies, Inc. Defendants, the Clerk of Court for Orange County, Florida will sell the following described property situated in Orange County, Florida:
UNIT 10601, PHASE 1, OF STONEBRIDGE RESERVE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8928, PAGE(S) 1428, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 am on the 9th day of March, 2015, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com.
