NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 30, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10001880CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY FKA BANKERS TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF VENDEE MORTGAGE TRUST 2000-2 is Plaintiff and STEVE MUCCIARONE A/K/A STEVEN A. MUCCIARONE; CHERYL F. MUCCIARONE; STEVE MUCCIARONE A/K/A STEVEN A. MUCCIARONE AS TRUSTEE FOR THE 357 SEMINOLE BOULEVARD NW TRUST DATED JANUARY 1, 2002; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 357 SEMINOLE BOULEVARD NW TRUST DATED JANUARY 1, 2002; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 4th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
