Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 27, 2014 , and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on December 29, 2014, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the office of Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT NO. 18, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 71, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 7 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 3240 24TH AVENUE NE, NAPLES, FL 34120
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on January 28, 2015 beginning at 11:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
