NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-05114-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Pauline Kelley, Robin Maretta, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 28 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 18, BLOCK 25, OF MARCO BEACH UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO PLAT IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 9 TO 16, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
