NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 14, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2014-CA-050234 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and LISA A. DUNCAN, LIVINGSTON FINANCIAL, LLC, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 (DROP), UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 (DROP), UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LISA A. DUNCAN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PHYLLIS J. COWAN, TRUSTEE OF THE MACHUGA REVOCABLE TRUST DATED OCTOBER 7, 1998, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on the 18 day of March, 2015 at 9:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 3, 4 and 5, Block 3483A, Unit 67, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 57, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
