COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 28 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 36; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 7 MINUTES 56 SECONDS WEST A DISTANCE OF 1330.60 FEET FOR THE POINT-OF-BEGINNING OF THE PARCEL HEREIN DESCRIBED; THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 24 MINUTES 30 SECONDS EAST A DISTANCE OF 165.85 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 8 MINUTES 51 SECONDS WEST A DISTANCE OF 332.61 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 25 MINUTES 13 SECONDS WEST A DISTANCE OF 165.76 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 36; THENCE ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 36 TO THE POINT-OF-BEGINNING. SUBJECT TO A ROAD EASEMENT OF THE EASTERLY 30.00 FEET THEREOF.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MOBILE HOME LOCATED THEREON AS A PERMANENT FIXTURE AND ATTACHMENT THERETO, DESCRIBED AS: 2006 MERT MOBILE HOME VIN #FLHMBA114353027A & FLHMBA114353027B, TITLE #96793930 & TITLE#96793991.
