NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 25 November, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-002685 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Fountain Lake Association, Inc., Yvonne C. Berthiaume, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 29th of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT B-104, OF LOUGH ERNE SECTION ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1000, PAGES 1519 THROUGH 1575, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 104 AND 105, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
