Patrick, United States of America, Acting on Behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Spouse of Jane K. Patrick, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 29th of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
