NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2014, and entered in 41-2013-CA-007100 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and EMILY C. MOORE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EMILY C. MOORE; SUMMERFIELD/RIVERWALK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE BANK OF COMMERCE; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; UNKNOWN TENANT#1 are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on January 30, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 12 together with the West 2.5 feet of Lot 13, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE, SUBPHASE C, Unit 4, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 12, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
