NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-005103-XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK,N.A.AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and MONTE CARLO CAPITAL, LLC, A GEORGIA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; RAYMOND B. HASTEY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR EMC MORTGAGE CORPORATION; THE VERANDAHS AT PASCO COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION,INC.; TENANT #1, TENANT #2 and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 28th day of January, 2015, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 203, VERANDAHS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
