Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of the Court will sell the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 5, Block E, of CAPE VISTA, FIRST UNIT, according to plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 73 and 74, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash on February 4, 2015, 11:00 a.m. via internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
