NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 24, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013CA007513AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association is the Plaintiff and Tom R. Jones; Unknown Spouse of Tom R. Jones; Hidden Hollow Condominium Association, Inc.; Citibank, N.A.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 27th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT C-3152, HIDDEN HOLLOW (F/K/A HORIZON-DESOTO LAKES), A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 623, PAGE 2, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 4, PAGE 33, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
