NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment as to Count I of the Complaint, dated December 22, 2014, entered in Case No. 2014 CC 3735 of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit Week No. 28 in Condominium Parcel Number 107 of WHITE SANDS OF LONGBOAT CONDOMINIUM according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 986, Page 3300-3377 inclusive, in the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and all Amendment(s) thereto, if any,
to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 22nd day of January, 2015.
