NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment Foreclosure, dated January 6, 2015, and Orders entered in Uniform Case No.: 2014 CA 2492 of the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BIG CAR LOT, LLC is the Plaintiff and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., a National Banking Association; BARBARA REMIASZ; and CATHY M. REMIASZ, are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., on the 10th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment.
The North 60 feet of Lot 17, Block 7, of POINCIANA PARK FIRST ADDITION, as per plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 68, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
