NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated December 15, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2012-CA-002622WS, DIVISION: J2, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff, and SANA Q. MARGIEH AKA SANA MARGIEH; SANA Q. MARGIEH AKA SANA MARGIEH, AS TRUSTEE OF THE MARGIEH FAMILY TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 22, 2005; MOUNDER MARGIEH, AS TRUSTEE OF THE MARGIEH FAMILY TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 22, 2005; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE MARGIEH FAMILY TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 22, 2005; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
PAULA S. O'NEIL, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 29th day of January, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1422, REGENCY PARK, UNIT EIGHT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 120 AND 121, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
