Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on December 9, 2014, the Clerk of the Court will sell the real property situated in Pasco County, Florida, more particularly described as:

Commence at the Southwest corner of said Section 20, thence North 89 degrees 00'00” East, (assumed bearing) a distance of 558.35 feet to a Point of Intersection with the Easterly right-of-way boundary of State Road No. 583; thence North 24 degrees 07'00” East along said right-of-way boundary, a distance of 1023.23 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue North 24 degrees 07'00” East along said Easterly right-of-way boundary of State Road No. 583, a distance of 160.00 feet thence South 78 degrees 47'47” East, a distance of 358.65 feet, thence South 24 degrees 07'00” West, a distance of 128.50 feet: thence North 83 degrees 35'40” West, a distance of 366.97 feet to the Point of Beginning.
