Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on December 17, 2014, the Clerk of the Court will sell the real property situated in Pasco County, Florida, more particularly described as:
Lot 29, SABLE RIDGE, PHASE 3B, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 37, Page 26, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida,
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for CASH, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on March 2, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
