NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 2, 2014 in Civil Case No. 51-2013-CA-002487-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and BETSY L. WEBER, RICHARD E. WEBER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BETSY L. WEBER, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 27th day of January, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
